Assisting Businesses at a Crucial Time

Prior to the government forced-shutdown of businesses during the Pandemic, Rob joined with the SnoValley Chamber of Commerce to help businesses get the critical financial support to stay afloat. Over $3 million to assist 90 businesses, saving both businesses and countless jobs. Rob was there for them, working evenings and weekends making sure the Payroll Protection Plan reached businesses across the Valley.

Connecting Businesses and Local Employees

Long before joining the Snoqualmie city council, Rob has been a community advocate across Snoqualmie Valley.
He was the force behind the Community Job Fairs, bringing businesses and jobseekers together. During the Pandemic when businesses desperately needed to fill positions, Rob was there for them again. He created SnoValleyJobs.com, a hyper-local job board that has been wildly successful since.
Just like his work helping businesses getting the funds to keep their doors open, Rob devotes time in the evenings and weekends to keep this vital resources going.

Creating a Vibrant Economy

For more than a decade, Rob has been bringing people together for monthly Business Workshops, weekly meetups, and one-to-one mentoring.

With the SnoValley Innovation Center, a nonprofit organization he co-founded in 2018, he led the historic Economic Alliance between the cities of Carnation, Duvall, North Bend, and Snoqualmie, the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe, and King County Department of Local Services. Together they are working on joint projects to assist aspiring entrepreneurs, farmers, and the creation of Community Gathering Spaces that will serve as year-round, outdoor venues supporting a variety of public uses while promoting the smallest of businesses.

A twenty-five year resident of Snoqualmie Valley, Rob has brought his thoughtful leadership to serving numerous organizations. When taking on the role of treasurer of a longtime nonprofit social services provider, he turned the organization's finances from near collapse to the thriving organization it is today. He has served as a Scout leader for both youth and adults locally and regionally. He's a community champion and continues to help honor those who give unselfishly of their time and resources. He's the leader that will make amazing things happen.
