Solving the Traffic Problems

When he joined the Economic Development Commission in 2014, he made fixing the Highway 18 traffic problem one of his top priorities.

By 2022, with a tremendous amount of effort by the business community, neighboring cities, and bi-partisan support in the Legislature, it is a State priority. 

More needs to be done.

Rob is the first to advocate for King County Metro to establish service on Highway 18. He is also committed to find other ways to get thousands of commuters to their jobs safely.
